After months trying to link my kites using my own subdomain which is correctly propagated the interface says the record is being validated. Never answered my requests not even if posted in socials. AppSumo do something about this. They can't leave customers hanging just like this
A: I am sorry Wocapi if you had problems with the chat, we decided to remove it as you probably realized. However we are offering support: help@kites.io (as many users can confirm) and the tool is working (I use it every day!). May I ask why you say teh tool is broken?

You did not answer any support querries. Your chat is completely off. I messaged you on your chat bubble probably 10x and nothing. The tool is broken, support nowhere.... Just be honest mate!
But are you still marketing, developing the app? I see the visitor numbers plummeting and nothing to show any development. This seemed one of the most promising apps on here .. I am on Tier 5 .. but I dare not push this to a customer with this hanging over it.
Ya it's sad...I also bought Tier 5 + the unlimited upsell...and was very bullish on it. It still has so much potential...unfortunately, they seem to have given up on it and any development. The unfortunate part of buying LTDs. Hope I'm wrong, but anytime support dies and you rarely hear from the founder...it's usually a sign of what's to come...

I have been trying to reach support for the past months and no answer. Their web has a whatsup widget that doesn't work. The roadmap has been the same for months, I don't feel comfortable offering this to clients, i wouldn't like to wake up one day and their web is gone. Any from the kites team answer please thanks
Kites is a great product. The app works perfectly fine from our end, though support might not be as active as before. I trust that it will still carry on. Not sure though if the updates on the roadmap will be implemented as planned. I really wish the team well and hope they will keep this alive for as long as possible.

We, the community on your Discord channel, remain confident that Kites will fly again and are ready to support your product as long as you demonstrate a willingness to move forward. We would appreciate a response. Our patience and hope have not diminished. Please don't betray them, be as transparent as possible. Thanks in advance for any answers you can provide.

Now that we've cleared that up... where do you currently stand?
1. Are you going to continue developing the current roadmap or create a new one? 2. Are all team members still on board? 3. Is your future financially secured?
I would definitely like to know what is actually going on. There are users who have not heard a word and just keep getting crickets.
Keeping the early adopters inform and in the loop is not much to ask! Many have stated that they still have not received any email replies myself included.
I love Kites it's one of the best purchases I have made and it really can go far.
