Q: Kiwiform vs competiton? Ltd vs plans? File storage?
From Tier 2 onwards, unlimited forms are included. Does this also mean unlimited custom domains, or are there specific limits? As a web designer managing multiple clients, this would be an important factor for me.
And regarding file storage. What exactly is storage used for, what counts toward the storage limit, and how does this work in real-world usage?
I'm currently comparing your platform with alternatives such as Bit Form for WordPress. What would you say are the main differences and competitive advantages that set your solution apart?
Finally, I'd like to better understand how these LTD tiers compare to the regular plans on your website. Are all future updates, improvements, new features and upgrades included for life, or are there any limitations I should be aware of?

Jul 25, 2026A: Custom Domains:
Custom domains are currently limited to 5 per account. We're also planning to introduce add-ons that will allow you to purchase additional custom domains in the future, and we'll share more details once they're available.
File Storage:
Storage is only used for files uploaded to your forms—such as images, videos, documents, and other files submitted by respondents. If your forms don't collect file uploads, your storage usage will remain very low.
Kiwiform vs Bit Form:
Bit Form is a great solution if you're building forms exclusively for WordPress. Kiwiform, on the other hand, is a standalone platform designed for a much broader range of use cases, including lead generation forms, surveys, quizzes, applications, registrations, and more. It also offers an intuitive drag-and-drop builder, advanced logic, analytics, integrations, and doesn't require WordPress.
AppSumo LTD vs Regular Plans:
The AppSumo Lifetime Deal differs from our regular Pro plans mainly in terms of storage, workspace limits, and team member allowances. Feature-wise, you'll continue to receive future updates, improvements, and new features for life as long as they're included in your plan. There are no hidden catches.
Overall, the AppSumo deal offers exceptional value and is only available for a limited time, so if you're considering Kiwiform, I'd definitely recommend taking advantage of it while it's available.
Hi Ankur, thanks for the reply!
Since Kiwiform is hosted outside of a client's WordPress website, how do you handle email deliverability? Is it possible to improve inbox placement through DNS settings such as SPF, DKIM, or similar authentication methods?
We handle email delivery for both respondents and form creators.
If you prefer to use your own sending domain, you can configure custom SMTP. This lets you send emails through your own provider with support for SPF, DKIM, and other email authentication for better deliverability.
I’m also assuming features like custom branding - which is very important to me as a designer - are included. What about multilingual forms? If I have a client with a multilingual website, would I need to duplicate a form and manually translate each version, or is there a more efficient way to manage multiple languages?
Yes, custom branding is included.
For multilingual forms, we've made it very simple. You can translate any form into another language with one click. Kiwiform also detects the visitor's browser or website language, and if you've already created a translation for that language, the form will automatically load in the correct language.
