The easiest way to create forms and start capturing leads

regulary In forms, you have to design CSS for every element, from colors to spacing, fonts, etc.; with this, you simply add the fields needed to capture data and launch the form (you can also customize your styles, and even better, create themes in a one-time setup), allowing you to focus more on capturing leads.

Thank you for bringing my requested in timely manner. What I love about this product is their customer support (Mr B) is helping me with all my questions and answer them in timely manner (even some of them under 24 hours). That is the great service I am expecting for them to continue over the time.
Another feature that I've requested, they delivered within the according their promises. One great feature is "Language" feature. I can select my local language, and all the language and button, change in my language. That is very helpful.
Hopefully, they can deliver as many features to come. I loved that they understand what I need as a customer and they helped to make that happen.
Hopefully they will have a long journey and have many people use and benefit from this.

The interface and design on this is clean clean and so easy to use. The simple interface communicates a lot of clear thought put into this so far and I am looking forward to the future of this, even though it is a powerful tool already.

I think this will let me do what I want [opinion scale questions with a final score displayed on the last card] even though I am still figuring it out. One minor thing to request: a content field under the Contact information menu that is just for Name [Two fields: First Name and Last Name] that can be mapped to separate fields in a spreadsheet/webhook. Weird that doesn't exist by itself yet.

At any rate, I have a great vibe off this product; it instills a lot of confidence already.

Even thought this is a review about KiwiForm, of relevance is that I've been a Typeform user for well over 10 years and have been a strong advocate of that platform. Having said that, over the years I've become increasingly frustrated by the gradual reduction in functionality at the subscription level I'm paying for, especially given how expensive it becomes when converted into my currency. Until now, I also did not genuinely think there was a viable alternative.

After just five days of using KiwiForm, I'm delighted to say that I'm extremely impressed.
The first thing that stood out was the overall usability. The interface is clean, intuitive and visually appealing. Anyone familiar with Typeform will feel at home almost immediately, making the learning curve quite short.

With that in mind, there are two particular elements of my interaction with KiwiForm so far that I feel deserve particular mention:

1. Typeform import is phenomenal.
Importing an existing Typeform into KiwiForm takes just seconds - and I literally mean one or two seconds, not even five or ten! Being able to initiate this migration by simply pasting a Typeform URL and then sitting back as a near-perfect functional replication of the form is created is actually very cool. Moreover, given I literally have hundreds of Typeform forms, and many of these are ones I would like to bring into KiwiForm, it's reducing the time it takes to do this. (Although I must say, having a bulk import mechanism would be great too!)

2. Customer support is exceptional.
OK - now I guess we all know that no software platform gets everything right, so for me, the measure of a great solution is one in which the support team are highly responsive. The good news is that in this regard, my experience with KiwiForm's support channel has already been genuinely impressive. While migrating some of my more complex forms, I discovered that matrix-style questions were not importing correctly, so I reported this issue through KiwiForm's support channel, and then went about my day, expecting to receive an overnight message. At best. You can imagine my surprise then, when within half an hour the team had responded, identified the cause, advised that a fix would be available within 24 hours, and then delivered exactly as promised. They even followed up to let me know the update had been deployed. That level of responsiveness is rare. Even Apple struggles to work that quickly! In any case, while I appreciate that it may become more difficult for KiwiForm to maintain this level of responsiveness as their company grows, it demonstrates that the team genuinely cares about their product and their customers.

Of course, like any relatively new platform, there are still a few things I'd love to see improved. For example, I'd like more flexibility in resizing logos and images, particularly when they're imported from Typeform. I also noticed that every imported form generated its own template, even though around 90% of my Typeforms shared the same template. It means I have a little housekeeping to do, but it's hardly a deal-breaker. In fact, I've found it quicker in many cases to simply create a new template in KiwiForm and then apply this.

Overall, my experience has been fabulous. If the platform continues to perform as it has during my first week, I'll be cancelling my Typeform subscription within the next couple of months without hesitation.
