What is great so far, but it has to be tested rigorously, so I will continue to provide updates:
1. Email spam protection, which is very important with the rise of increasingly sophisticated AI bots.
2. Support is very responsive and has fixed issues quickly, but I’m waiting to see how fast they solve the most important ones listed below.
What needs fixing:
1. The ability to set defaults on the form for things like the redirect module, instead of the default end screen, since logic sometimes doesn’t work.
2. The redirect link does not open in a full window, which is a big issue since the viewing area is small within the form itself. Add a toggle in the form editor to open it in a full window instead of the small form space.
3. The ability to edit important elements directly on the forms, such as changing the form submit button text to more powerful CTAs like “Get My 10% Discount Now,” editing the text size and font, and changing the button’s size and color.

***The Pros****
Very rarely am I compelled to leave this level of feedback. KiwiForms has become my number one purchase on AppSumo. This is due to its versatility, functionality and the productivity and professionalism of the team behind it.

I’m a top tier purchaser, and have invested in some AppSumo lifetime powerhouses. I’ve recently completed stress testing KiwiForms, and it is extremely intuitive, with a very extensive feature set. I’ve found team Kiwi, especially receptive to my feature suggestions, and the issues I’ve had with system glitches were swiftly ironed out. This product started strong but it’s now an absolute beast, and the direction its development team are heading, makes this one of my greatest investments on AppSumo.

My preference, is to construct my branching logic forms manually. That said, even without it's AI functionality, I’d still say tier 3 is priced extremely competitively as a lifetime product. However, with its AI features, such as its MCP server, I can utilise ChatGBT via Codex and dramatically lessen my workload when doing less bespoke projects.

It has so many potential uses, but as a quiz funnel it is phenomenal. The following are just three of the many features that make KiwiForms absolutely powerful for my use case:

Black listing
* Able to black list respondents by their form outcome.

Email verification
* Respondents are prevented from going any further in a form until they verify their email.

Stripe Payments
* Adding a payment field to your forms, so form respondents can make a payment.

***The Cons****
The only real drawback is that you can only map a total of 5 subdomains. After speaking with their leadership team, this current restriction is understandable. In my opinion, not offering unlimited domain mapping, is a drawback for agencies wanting to offer a tailored bespoke service to their clients.

***The workaround ****
That said, a great work around is purchasing a unique generic domain and then using their 'custom link' feature, where you can put your clients' business names as the slug (e.g. just4.you/client’s business name). You can then give your clients an exclusive service without using up your domains. You can also use their ‘embed form in webpage’ feature, to help towards offering a premium service to your clients.

Also, when possible, it would be great to have a pay-as-you-go domain mapping model, to support our clients, where we pay per month for each extra domain, only when needed. That way, we can provide a service for some clients who want bespoke forms presented on their chosen domains.

***The conclusion****
This is an extremely versatile and valuable piece of technology, that allows you to create intricate forms with advanced branching logic, easily. It has superb ergonomics and a very self-explanatory user-interface. This makes it apparent that their team has put a lot of time and effort into providing a great user-experience. Which makes it easier for us to create forms that also give respondents a great user experience.

Bespoke quiz funnels are the future, and to have an instrument like this that creates the bones of these intelligent forms, so seamlessly, is a must. My advice is to go unlimited with tier 3, and get KiwiForms whilst you can. I’m pretty certain that you’d never get it for this price again, and I'd be surprised to see it show up as a lifetime deal once this offer ends.

I have tested several form and survey tools, and Kiwiform is currently the best fit for me.

I upgraded from Tier 2 to Tier 3 because I can see many ways to use it, especially for surveys and my own processes.

What I like most is how simple and quick it is to use. You can create forms and surveys without spending a lot of time figuring out how everything works.

One thing I would still like to see is an Undo or Back option. If you accidentally change or trigger something, you do not lose everything, but you have to remember how you had it set up before. A simple undo function would make this much easier.

Overall, I am very satisfied so far, and after testing several other tools, upgrading to Tier 3 was an easy decision for me.

regulary In forms, you have to design CSS for every element, from colors to spacing, fonts, etc.; with this, you simply add the fields needed to capture data and launch the form (you can also customize your styles, and even better, create themes in a one-time setup), allowing you to focus more on capturing leads.

Thank you for bringing my requested in timely manner. What I love about this product is their customer support (Mr B) is helping me with all my questions and answer them in timely manner (even some of them under 24 hours). That is the great service I am expecting for them to continue over the time.
Another feature that I've requested, they delivered within the according their promises. One great feature is "Language" feature. I can select my local language, and all the language and button, change in my language. That is very helpful.
Hopefully, they can deliver as many features to come. I loved that they understand what I need as a customer and they helped to make that happen.
Hopefully they will have a long journey and have many people use and benefit from this.
