I have tested several form and survey tools, and Kiwiform is currently the best fit for me.

I upgraded from Tier 2 to Tier 3 because I can see many ways to use it, especially for surveys and my own processes.

What I like most is how simple and quick it is to use. You can create forms and surveys without spending a lot of time figuring out how everything works.

One thing I would still like to see is an Undo or Back option. If you accidentally change or trigger something, you do not lose everything, but you have to remember how you had it set up before. A simple undo function would make this much easier.

Overall, I am very satisfied so far, and after testing several other tools, upgrading to Tier 3 was an easy decision for me.
