Great start with quick responses and a promising future.
The interface and design on this is clean clean and so easy to use. The simple interface communicates a lot of clear thought put into this so far and I am looking forward to the future of this, even though it is a powerful tool already.
I think this will let me do what I want [opinion scale questions with a final score displayed on the last card] even though I am still figuring it out. One minor thing to request: a content field under the Contact information menu that is just for Name [Two fields: First Name and Last Name] that can be mapped to separate fields in a spreadsheet/webhook. Weird that doesn't exist by itself yet.
At any rate, I have a great vibe off this product; it instills a lot of confidence already.

Your suggestion about having a dedicated Name field (with separate First Name and Last Name that map individually to spreadsheets and webhooks) is a great one. We've noted it down and will definitely consider adding it in a future update.
