A: 5. No it will be
book.ourdomain.com
checkout.ourdomain.com

However if you want www.ourdomain.com/booking, you can build an SEO-optimized page within your own CMS, and use our catalog embed functionality. It works very smoothly and blends into the website functionality pretty well.
6. The online booking functionality is fully mobile-optimized.
Here is one of the demo sites:
https://heatherpearson.book.preprod.kiwilaunch.com/

The content creation parts of the admin panel (creating a service etc..) is not mobile-optimized. However, the calendar and simple booking /customer view functionality are decent on mobile.

Let me know if you have more questions! :)

Thanks Orkun!

1. Will the Custom Domain be like
book.ourdomain.kiwilaunch.com
or
book.ourdomain.com

2. Do we have to include the Price to the Services or can it be without that as well?
(Actually my brother runs a very small Computer Hardware & Repair service for which generally the issue needs to be diagnosed first & then only a Price can be given)

3. If we provide on-site/client-site services, do we need to manually add-in Pin-Codes/Zip-Codes to the KiwiLaunch dashboard ?
(I'm not sure, I think I read this on some other question here so just wanted to clarify)

4. Is it possible to embed the KiwiLaunch feature inside a webpage as a part of a Wordpress website ?
(probably something similar to this Demo: https://kiwidemos.wixsite.com/heather-pearson)

Here are the answers to the new questions! Feel free to ask more.

1. Of course book.ourdomain.com.
your default account opens as providername.book.kiwilaunch.com but the custom domain represents the former.
2. For this scenario we have “Free” services, which you could take bookings as “assessment”, “Free inspection” and such.
For your brother’s case, you can also sell as “Pick up” or “Drop off” for Repair and let them book that, allocate 15 minutes for receiving the device, and give a quotation.
If it is a home pick up (mobile service) I think he can truly benefit from our platform, but if he has a shop, then booking becomes somehow redundant as he is most probably serving walk-ins anyway.
3. You can add the zip codes in a comma-separated way. I see a lot of times it is 8-10 codes on average. If your brother or client offers a full state, a very large city, then I recommend using an excel and copying from there. I have a list of all US zip codes and I can share it with you so you can filter by city, county, or such, and just copy and paste. If you first want to wait and see, then you can simply leave it empty, and it becomes Auto-pass the check. Either way, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
4. The Broomstick example is WordPress. Widgets work even better in WordPress due to some technical reasons. You can check this out: https://broomstickhome.com/
you will see the at-home service widget in the main banner, and the catalog widget if you scroll down.
