Can I use Kiwilaunch for my team where different appointment types can be linked to different emails and/or calendars?

You can create multiple staff members and associate them with different services.

I see I can link it with a google agenda, but it seems only possible for me. Can I also link my staffs agenda with their google agenda so there are no double bookings possible?
Yes it is possible, however there is a point that may not have been obvious:
Google requires "signing in with Google and giving access to kiwilaunch for Google". Since your staff members' Google account is owned by them and you wouldn't be able to login with their accounts, it needs to be done by them. You have to create staff accounts entering their emails, so they can login and sync their cals.
