So customers won’t understand it, but we don’t do custom email setup.

- I cannot have a custom domain for admin.kiwilaunch.com

The understanding about customization and whitelabeling is very correct,
Except for the emailing.
Booking confirmation and reminder emails are actually sent from [email protected] however the reply to as set as your contact email address, and the sender name is set to your business name. So customers won’t understand it, but we don’t do custom email setup.
