Q: Does kiwi adjust availability based on drive time? Like, for example...
My appointments usually take 1 hour, but I can drive up to 2 hours sometimes. So, lets say I'm at location A for a 1pm appointment but it took me 2 hours to get there. Can kiwi calculate that I won't be available until 3pm? Or, even better would be if it could calculate based on where the new appointment is located and the drive time to get there.
How does kiwi handle this type of situation?

Oct 25, 2024A: Hi Daniel, very good question. The buffer times are not dynamically changing based on new customer’s location.
You will perhaps define the buffer time as 2 hours to be on the safe side.
