Q: hello, how does the "whitelabel" works?
and is kiwilaunch branding included in all email communication for billing recipes and invoices?
How many custom domain can it be setup?

May 15, 2024A: Hello Tom, It is a good question. All online booking functionality, customer emails, and communication are white-labeled, meaning you sell with your own brand.
The admin panel that you see, and the email notifications from us to you are kiwilaunch branded.
If you are an agency that wants to sell our platform to your own clients as your own, then it is not possible, because there are a lot of components (Stripe connection, email notifications, in-app support etc...)
But if you are selling some personal services, and you want to whitelabel your booking funnel, then it is possible.
hope this helps.
Best,
Thanks for the follow-up, Orkun. Is there any API or integration tool that I can automatically set up Kiwilaunch booking for a website?
hi Tom, I think it is just better than an API. We have the embed scripts to simply add to your website, and they render as optimized smart booking widgets. You can embed service booking widgets or catalog widgets.
I think you can try it and see yourself.
Do let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Orkun,, just to clarify on the booking and payment process works with Kiwi, so here are some examples:
1. We create a website for client A and embed Kiwi on the website. When client A's customer (we will call it Mr.1) booked a service, is both client A and Mr. 1 going to see an invoice and the payment processed account with our name on it? or just client A's name?
2. How would client A get his booking payment? does he need to have a Strip account to get the fund?
Hello Tom, Let me try to explain.
You (hereafter referring as agency) upload Client A’s details and logo in the system.
Online Payments and Invoicing are optional. Let’s assume you activate both.
Our native invoicing can work both as “auto-invoicing” and “manual invoicing”. Let’s assume you use automatic invoicing.
You can also configure if you want your clients to receive the invoice automatically. Let’s assume you want that.
1. Mr. 1 receives a booking confirmation email after making a booking with payment.
The email has an invoice as an attachment.
The attached invoice shows Client A’s brand, logo, and invoicing details (like tax number).
No one sees the agency’s or kiwilaunch's name or details.
2. Client A connects their Stripe account (perhaps with your small assistance).
When Mr.1 pays, they see Client A’s name in their card statement.
Mr. 1 doesn’t see the kiwilaunch's and agency's names.
Money goes directly to Client A’s Stripe and then bank account.
It is Client A’s money.
