May 14, 2024A: hello! we have in-app messenger, at the right bottom corner. You wouldn't miss it. If you don't see it, there is a chance your browser is blocking 3rd party cookies either through ad blockers or privacy settings. In case you don't want to/can't activate it, you can email [email protected].
We are working on a project this week to cover around 5-8% of users who don't see the chat widget. Your message reassures me that it is the right thing to prioritize!
