I’m running a motorcycle workshop and would like to have a booking system for customers where we are increasing our service bay to 6 bays. We provide multiple services such as regular service, major service, wiring troubleshooting and health check with 6 technicians.
May I know is your product suitable for us? Can your product integrate with WhatsApp for reminders and also future booking reminders?

Nov 25, 2025A: Hello! It may work with some comrpromises. For example, we don't have a booking funnel where the person first selects the branch, then availability. Different branches should hve their own set of services.
But if you have your own website, and have pages for each branch, and you can have a kiwi catalog created for each branch, and embed catalogs into these branches' landing pages.
However in the admin panel, the admins of each branch will see all other branches' bookings, so if it is a franchising system, it won't work.
You could also buy different accounts for each branch.
So in summary, you can achieve a lot, but it won't be as good as a custom software built with the help of a very hands-on technically capable business owner.
We don't have a whatsapp integration however you can build a zapier trigger with twilio kind of integration to send whatsapp reminders.
