Q: lets say i have a clinic with 4 booths (3 for therapists and 1 for doctors) that i rent by the hour, mostly paid by cash on delivery.

Can kiwilaunch display (and book) when the rooms are available so that the therapists/ doctors can rent it?
Does it get automatically synced with a google calendar?
each time they book it do i get any type of "notification" (maybe an email)?

A: Hello Phil, from what I understand you are not providing therapy/medical services, you are renting the facility.
kiwi is not optimized for room management, but we have a lot of happy clients who uses it for a similar purpose.

All bookings for kiwi are associated with a "Staff" normally. The intuitive way is that this Staff can be a doctor, a therapist, or a tutor. For booth/studio booking, you will be creating artificial Staff members and be calling them something like: "Therapy room#1, Therapy room#2, Examination room#1 etc...

You will create two appointment-based services.
1) Book a Therapy Room (associate this service with 3 staff that represented the rooms). Of course, if these rooms have different prices/size then you can create different services like "Book Therapy Room #1" etc...
2) Book an Examination Room (associate this service with 1 staff that represented the examination room)

If in the booking process, there are some labels (like Staff) that don't look right to you, you can go to Custom Labels under settings and override it.

I think it will work, but we try to be honest and transparent instead of trying to just drive sales. Knowing Appsumo has a very buyer-friendly refund policy, I would definitely recommend you to try it!

Couple of other questions you asked:
We have Google Calendar sync, but I couldn't understand how it is relevant to you (since normally rooms don't have Google accounts). If you created google accounts for these rooms to track the availability, you can login as the room and sync the calendar. But since doctors/therapists will technically be just your clients, they won't be doing any syncing.

When there is a booking, there are 2 emails. One is booking confirmation email your clients will receive (doctors/therapists) and the other is booking notification email that you receive.
