The product is not refined in terms of the features offered. There is no option to change the currency symbol position, either before or after the amount—it is always set to appear before the amount. The program allows the creation of catalogs, but only one is displayed, lacking categorization. The translations on the mobile version do not match the desktop version. Saving and editing services require frequent saving of each sub-tab to avoid losing work. The product still needs a lot of work.

The support has been great. The turn around times along with issues resolution for queries is amazing. Keep it up Kiwilaunch Team...

Great overall product! Just wish that they allowed Pabbly Integrations so I could pair with SMS-it and send texts to clients for confirmed appointments!

I adore everything about this product. Its functionality aids not just in providing my services, but also in guiding me through the process of understanding what I'm offering and the best way to do so. It monitors workflow and maintains excellent records. I was uncertain about where to begin with my own service-based business, but Kiwi has simplified it tremendously.

I purchased the license and loved everything about it: ease of set up, speed, functionality, visuals. The only problem that I discovered later rather than sooner is that there is no option to create packages of services that act as a "bank" where clients can schedule from and where canceled classes can sit to be re-scheduled at a later date. Orkun and I respectfully disagreed on the need for this feature, but for my business, it is ESSENTIAL. Most of my business comes from corporate accounts and all of my clients are professional adults. The ability to never lose their classes if their schedule is busy is a foundational expectation and selling feature for me. But it can't be done in Kiwilaunch. Orkun provides phenomenal customer service and tech support. He responds very promptly and is always so helpful. And as a small business owner, that kind of support is worth its weight in gold. In all honesty, I am sad that Kiwilaunch can't work for my needs. Especially since I recently tried the Amelia Booking Plugin for Wordpress and not only did a serious problem arise but after 2 weeks it is still unresolved and they caused a critical error on my website that I don't know how to fix. I hope Orkun can read this and consider adding a packages feature soon because Kiwilaunch is the system I want and need and his dedication to client needs leaves every other company in the dust.
