I've been an AppSumo fan for years and have purchased a lot of Products here. Some have turned out to be key in managing my business. A few I had to refund for various reasons. But few have come close to delighting me like Kiwilaunch Bookings.

The past three booking platforms I've tried here on AppSumo have had a couple nice features but not enough to make the cut for my client. We needed something that was quick, not only to set up, but actually implement. With Kiwilaunch, we had the basics all set up in 30 minutes using the very clean UI. The quick "walk through" guide was also well designed.

My client owns an in-home cleaning business with cleaning rates that coincided with the square footage of the home. We also wanted to control the locations served. We had people booking cleanings sometimes 20 miles out of my client's area. Kiwilaunch designed their location structure using Zip codes, so you can not only control the cities (like Minneapolis & St. Paul, MN) but the actual Zip codes within each city. A prospective client must select from the provided zip codes in the list we provide, or they can't book at all. This prevents a lot of work cancelling bookings that shouldn't have been booked in the first place.

The one feature that is a hindrance is the "Recurring" bookings. It is designed to allow "Weekly" and "Bi-weekly"
recurring bookings for up to one year. My client cleans units once or twice a month, not weekly. I reached out for help via the internal Chat box and was surprised that someone was actually there to reply right away. (Many of the new products on AppSumo are using bots for chatting, and most are useless). Orkun greeted me right away and wanted to hear my request. He truly understood my situation and promised to discuss the possibility of adding that feature with his team.

While on the chat, I mentioned to Orkin that I would be working with a client tomorrow to set up Pontoon Boat rentals and would be using the WooCommerce Bookings plugin in Wordpress. Orkin asked me to give him a few minutes of my time and promptly wrote out three paragraphs of instructions as to how I could use Kiwilaunch to do the pontoon rentals. That is TRUE customer support.

Normally, I would give four Tacos for a SAAS that is lacking a feature I need, but this is such a great product, and I am confident they will find a way to allow for monthly bookings. So I decided to give them the four Tacos they deserve.
