Stellar service
This software doesn't satisfy my particular use case. But that incompatibility gave me an opportunity to experience Orkun's phenomenal customer service.
I first sent a message through the backend. He responded quickly and laid out a couple options, trying to meet my need. I replied, asking for some clarification. He offered to get on a video call.
During our Zoom chat, he walked me through software on a screenshare, explaining everything I didn't understand. He was eager to understand my need and to try to make something workable for me.
While it's not the right fit for me, it's an impressive piece of software and I'm very glad I tried it out.
