A: Thanks very much for your questions. I’ll make a few notes in-line below:

1. KL should seriously think beyond just embedding outside resources and also focus on content creation with KL itself ( Similar/better than Notejoy)

> This is in process at the moment. Our approach is not to force people to use native Knowlocker functionality if they are already using a 3rd party platform we can integrate with, but if they are not or want to change, we in turn will provide them with the native functionality they need. There are some fairly imminent major steps forwards here.

2.KL interface needs some attention to make it more cleaner and intuitive

> We keep finessing this based on user feedback. We’ve got a large changing to be released either in the second half of next week or early the week following which will more intuitively group some aspects of the functionality. Knowlocker does a lot (and also has a strong roadmap) and for sure there are ways we can always do things better either now, or as we release new functionality which means we need to slightly tweak groupings etc again.

3.Ultimately it should include all Notejoy has ( they have really useful features ) and expand beyond to become a superset of Notejoy

> Knowlocker is quite different than Notejoy, but for sure we want offer a native experience for the ‘Notejoy sub-set’ which equals or betters that, as well as doing an integration with Notejoy itself.
