Q: Wow, I expected this company to be new, but it's so new that that they don't even have a VAT number yet and ...
registered the company in February this year!
Anyway, I love the idea, but storing business-critical knowledge and information inside a completely new company is not something I'd even consider.

May 14, 2024A: Thanks very much for the question.
Our primary trading company is based in the US which does not require VAT registration: Apologies if you missed that. In the US there is a requirement to register for sales tax in the state(s) the business has operations within.
Knowlocker Inc was incorporated in December 2017 when we spun Knowlocker out of our agency business which itself was founded in 2012. I hope that helps clarify things

And yes, I've seen your privacy page.
But it doesn't protect our information from rouge employees or government involvement.
I'd consider this service if this was end-to-end encrypted, but since you integrate the content to third party services, that's not possible
Thanks very much for your question. We are moving further upstream with the encryption we undertake but as you say, unfortunately there would always be a risk from ‘rogue employees’ if you don’t restrict their access rights.
If they overstepped their rights however, you would have recourse legally as with any other

Thanks for the information, what is the company that it spun out of?
These details are important and it would look better if this was incorporated into your current site.
