I bought this on Sunday and it has not worked at all. Not only is it missing features advertised on the appsumo sales page, but again, IT HAS NOT WORKED AT ALL. After 3 days, it has not pulled in ANY data from the sources I've added (and I don't even have a ton of data in those sources). When I contacted support, I received useless commentary like "I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience, everything will be sorted in no time". What is that? How is that support? And btw, if your chat support is not returning until the next day, then leaving an away message that says you'll return in 2 hours is not only pointless, it just serves to undermine what little confidence I have left in your product.

I WANTED to like this product, it really sounded like it had such promise. It sounded like a souped-up DevonThink Pro with sharing abilities - what was not to get excited about? I could even have reached for more patience had SOMETHING worked. But nothing does. Even the bloody help button doesn't work - instead of taking you to a tutorial or support page, it just refreshes the dashboard. The sad, empty dashboard with no data.

I understand that most startups encounter speed bumps and scaling issues of some sort. Totally natural and to be expected. I've encountered it on here with other apps before to a much, much smaller degree. The difference is those startups provided much more responsive support and really hustled to sort their scaling issues, they proactively communicated problems ahead of time instead of letting new customers find out on their own. They certainly didn't leave their customers with a non-functioning product for multiple days.

I see the potential in this product and want to be able to use it, but I am super disappointed that it was allowed to be sold now when it is clearly not ready for market. To be selling a product that is not functioning is unacceptable and something I absolutely would not expect from Appsumo. I trust YOU guys, not the random startup that's promoting themselves on here. I trust Appsumo, because my expectation is that you've vetted this software and are promoting it from a genuine belief in the product. So I'm super disappointed because judging from the multiple negative reviews and low rating, I am not alone in my disappointment. Please do better.

Also, considering the myriad issues and the fact that it's not even working at the moment, unless you want a run on product returns, I think both Appsumo and Knowlocker should consider extending the return period to 90 days as a gesture of goodwill.
