INCREDIBLY displeased with KnowLocker. I signed up for this and was immediately underwhelmed by its abilities. I had intended to get a refund on this based on that alone and put it on the back burner; I have another month or so to figure out if I'm going to do that or not.

WTF? Who authorized them to email my contacts? I sure as hell didn't. So now I have to figure out how much of a data breach I have and if I'm in breach of confidentiality with my clients.
