Q: I have been trying to reach out to support but not getting a response.
The notifications on the web and on app are not working. The direct message functionality is buggy and does not work most of the times? The mentions (@) do not work to tigger notifications either on the App or on web.
The mobile app (Android) shows a blank page when clicking on the "messages" options.
I am reaching out here instead of support@kommunity.com as I did not receive a response.
Q: Anyone else concerned about the lack of response here?
I have invested heavily in this and I still have time to refund. Maybe there's another place where the support is more active?

Q: On the right hand side of the page there are a bunch of communities that are being promoted.
Can you remove those so suggested Communities aren't visible to my community?
I don't want them distracted from the work we are doing.

Q: could it be used alsonfor business directories with memberships?
or only for events?
