Hello, I bought the Komodo lifetime deal but I've been experiencing a problem for some time : when I record visios with my customers and I listen to the recordings again, I only hear my voice and not those of the customers... and I must point out that these customers don't have headphones... do you have a solution? Currently, you can translate the transcript into your desired language. Once translated, you can select the translated transcript and create clips of up to 10 minutes in length. While we're continually improving our platform, this is the current process for adding translated subtitles to the entire video. This is an amazing screen casting/screen capturing software and im very impressed with the video quality along with the video editing software,
I wanted to inquire to see if komodo had any intentions moving into step by step guide screen captures . The ability to zoom into the cursor and highlight instruction based videos/demos. Also will thier be built in subtitles and audio dictation during screen captures.
Lastly would Komodo consider opening opening multiple user accounts for Tier 1 Plan holders even adding 1-2 would sincerly help small solo and micro business out alot. Thank you again team Komodo!!
It seems to have stayed buggy with CNAME, now you can only record with the chrome extension - AVOIDED in education and its erratic if it starts and more erratic with my cname version.
Q: Super slick recording + look and feel/usability - Struggling to find how to get the advertised Transcription (AI Transcription?)
: Seen it raised by a Sumo-ling 5 months ago; it sorted now, or if I've recorded through the Chrome Extension do I not have the ability to get the transcription?
Transcription is available on the MacOS app. We are working on building a browser based video editor that will support transcription without 3rd party apps.

Subdomains allow you to apply a domain within Komodo
