the amount of reviews I see about this app in the FB group mentioning support isn't responding is concerning. I'm trying to set up a Gmail to salesflare trigger and Gmail dropdown trigger options are not showing up. The "help" button leads to nothing (not filled out). Haven't received a response from support. Disappointed about this one! If you have Integrately or Pabbly, stick with those.

I recently tried to integrate a facebook leads ads campaign as a trigger to capture new leads into a third party app when a new subscriber fills out the facebook leads ad form. Konnectitz does not have an integration with this third party app but they API addon blcok that they rave about. The third party app has an API that can be used to post the new subscribers into their database and supposedly the Konnectitz API addon block should be able to connect with the third party API and add new subcribers. So, the automation flow: facebook lead ad (as a trigger) + Konnectitz Facebook lead ad block (seemed to work ok) to capture new leads coming from facebook + Konnectitz API addon block to send the new leads to the third party API. I could never Konnectitz API block to work!! I was able to verify the third party API using postman and I same information in postman that I provided to the Konnectitz API. Their documentation is horrible (I got past that using postman to figure it out) and support is worse than their documentation. I took more than a week for their support to get back to me, even after sending them very detailed markups of the settings I was using and the postman logs and details showing that the third party API worked as advertised. Their comment to me was that I hadn't setup up the facebook lead ads connection properly which had nothing to do with testing their API addon block connection with the third party API - that I proved worked using postman. I've wasted two weeks trying to communicate with them about their crappy blocks that don't work and they only briefly got back to me once in that two week span. Don't waste your time and money even looking at this tool. There are much better integration and automations tools out there.

I’m deeply disappointed with KonnectzIt, hence the low rating. After trying for 2 years, I couldn’t get a single workflow to function properly. Whereas similar tasks worked seamlessly with SyncSpider, KonnectzIt had constant minor issues that disrupted the workflow. Here are some examples:

1. Selecting “Capture WebHook Response” after refreshing a Webhook block results in a blank page. Had no choice but to give up the entire setup and start over again.

2. When an output field also accepts direct input, it’s allowed to connect this output to a new block’s input. Although the copied data appears in the new block, test running the new block clears the input data in the new block, with no error or log capability to diagnose the issue.

3. Although their support team typically responds within a couple of hours, they don’t effectively resolve issues. Even with clear descriptions and screenshots showcasing the problems, they usually ask me to verify information already evident in the captures or request recordings or account credentials. This suggests a lack of diligence in verifying the problems.

4. Their requests for recordings and account credentials raises serious security and confidentiality concerns. In early days I even had someone using my setup to test.

5. If you frequently add/remove a block during testing, the removed block might still appear on the simplified map in your Konnectz list. I encountered one instance where 10 “API blocks” were listed, despite none being present.

I initially gave KonnectzIt some leeway due to its novelty, expecting it to improve over time and didn't refund. However, after 2 years of consistent disappointment, it remains immature and unusable. The company’s support practices have only further motivated me to write this detailed review and share my experience with the community.

I bought this deal with the intention of using it to automate part of a new process I want to offer my customers.

My need was pretty basic… Or so I thought. This is my workflow:

Update a cell in Google sheets – > figure standing Google sheets data to another program – > take the results from Google sheet and update a cell in the same row

Everything worked until the final step: the tool does not seem to be able to update an existing row. Or at least, I haven't figured it out. Adding a row works fine.

Getting help is a bit of a challenge also. I did reach out to get support by chat, but because of the time zone difference I may have to wait a few days to get a response. I also tried the Facebook group but my message has been put in a queue so I have to wait until someone sees it and moderates it before I can get an answer. All of this is quite frustrating.

The interface also leaves a bit to be desired. There are some non-obvious UX choices that I find quite annoying. For example, I'm used to using the scroll wheel to scroll up and down and to use the control key to zoom in and out. With this app, scrolling zooms in and out and you have to click the background to move around. It goes against all my muscle memory.

Another thing I find annoying is that if I want to change the connections between apps, I have to delete an app and start over. I can't select a connector and deleted or reconnected to something else. In other words, if you don't want to waste time, you need to have it down perfect on the very first try. Maybe I'll get to that over time, but as someone who's using this type of tool for the first time it's very annoying to have to restart instead of just editing and continuing.

So, yes, the team has made a lot of integrations available. However, they seemed to have only tested use cases that they use, without considering other use cases.

Very good support, we have multiple screen shares and they tried very hard to help resolve the issue.
The app itself is still buggy, it needs to be more polish, compare to other automation apps.

I configured and published a Konnectz, but it never worked.

Support people ghosted me.

There are so many app implementations, which is good, but in my case it is unusable if there are limits to what I can do.
- Cannot have two webhooks in one workflow.
- missing some triggers and actions.

I can see this becoming a zapier replacement for me, but thats probably a few years in the future.

Bought this over a year ago - fully stacked. Even though I couldn't get the automations I wanted running due to missing triggers and actions I kept it, as the support seemed to be responsive and I had the feeling I was listened to.
However, it's been a year and while there is an incredible number of integrations - some exclusive to Konnectzit - at least the ones that I'm using are buggy, inclomplete or lack depth.
As an example, I was happy to see that Konnectzit was quick to add ClickUp as an integration. However, it wasn't possible to select lists that were not in a folder and task creation doesn't support custom fields. Of course, I raised this issue with the support over a year ago. I just came back to check it out again - the ClickUp integration hasn't changed at all.
So, after putting in the time and energy in trying to make this work for us, I'm giving up. Don't be deceived by the sheer amount of integrations - that's useless if they lack the depth. We've started implementing our automations in Make and Albato. The monthly fee of Make is worth it, as Make not only has tons of integrations but they're usually also really deep (check out the ClickUp integration there - incredible!) - and it just works. Albato was an amazing AppSumo deal which demonstrates how well development of such a platform can progress - a comparison to which Konnectzit just can't hold up right now.
So, right now, this is a 2 or 3 tacos deal for our use cases and I wouldn't purchase it again as it's been an energy and money sink. But with some effort I can see Konnectzit become a usable platform, and I'm hoping to see more depth in their integrations so that we might be able to use it sometime in the future.

I lost my license and I am not sure why that happened. But, I am not happy.

I purchased this to replace Zapier. My experience so far is that Zapier is a lot easier to use, but KonnectzIT is more flexible. It took a while but I have managed to replace everything I did in Zapier using KonnectzIT so the bit of extra effort it took to get everything going was worth it in the long run as now I am saving on my monthly bill usually paid to Zapier.

I have also been able to add more IFTT type logic to the processes using KonnectzIT than I could with Zapier so my automations are better.

The support I have received from KonnectzIT was quick and very helpful. They also have a Youtube channel with many walk throughs that was invaluable.

I am flipping loving this! All the appsumo stuff I find myself wanting to actually use is supported (many of them recently added) and it feels like KonnectzIt is really picking up steam here.

I am a sub-novice but I am having success and the generous pricing offered here allows me to throw together just about anything I can imagine for as long as I want.

I love that I can get sub accounts going to teach my friends without giving them access to any of my stuff. Might have to stack up on this and commit to the ecosystem.

I hope to see more and deeper support for the apps offered. I hope to see lots of documentation and help videos to teach people how to set up Konnectz so more and more users (and myself) can achieve more capabilities with this service.

I can't justify paying for zapier, and I have pabbly but find myself liking Konnectzit more when I can use it. Plus you get about 3x as many actions here for about $50 less than pabbly's LTD.

I like that I have options but as I get more used to Konnectzit (I hate that zit is in the name btw but it doesn't matter really) I think I will end up stacking a bit more onto what I've got.

I am having a terrible experience with this deal, besides the board being extremely slow (to the point of annoyance), several errors occurred during use, and I had to open a ticket which took days to be resolved. After that, I deleted all connections because I was receiving dozens of emails per day stating there were errors in my account, and to my surprise, I am still receiving the same emails even though there are no active connections. BEFORE COMING HERE, I tried several times to contact and expose my problem through the chat, but it was NOT SOLVED, and I am still receiving emails.

I got this the first time that this program came to appsumo and it lacked so many popular integrations that it became useless but I kept it just in case it got better. Here were are with the price increased and nothing has changed. My latest issue was that I wanted to use boost link as an integration with constant contact but they didn't have constant contact as an integration but usually that wouldn't be a problem because you could always setup a webhook if nothing else. But apparently, this platform still registers some of its integrations as webhooks too and the problem is that you get this default message saying that you can't have two webhooks in one integration even though I only chose one. Same thing happened the first time around buying this program as well and they still haven't fixed this either, nor added much of any usable integrations, and they prioritize low quality integrations for volume instead of adding quality integrations from apps that most people use.

I have a background in Zapier and loved the automations I could create. I was hopeful that Konnectz would be an easier more visual tool and one that could grow with new features. I purchased 3 codes to stack so I could do automations not only for my business but my clients.

After working with Konnectz and asking for integrations and assistance in building simple automations, I have yet to find even one valuable benefit Konnectz offers. Pretty much my time, energy and money has been wasted.

Don't waste your time.

While setting up my first connection, I discovered only part of my SendinBlue lists were showing up as options – and of course the one I needed wasn't. I contacted KonnectzIT support and they said there was an issue with the API, but would reach out as soon as it was fixed. Within a few days, I heard back and everything works great now!

I'm also impressed with how many tools are on the list – especially ones I've purchased from AppSumo. I'm still waiting on a few (which is why I'm not giving 5 tacos just yet), but again the team has been responsive when I've made a request. I realize it takes time to get everything on board.

There's a very patient and courteous team behind this product - this made all the difference to me as sometimes I struggle with products like this!

Konnectzit is the automation platform you've been waiting for! I've been using it for the past few months and can confidently say that it's one of the best platforms out there. The add-on apps are incredibly well-developed, with features that I've been wanting to use for ages. And the best part? Their customer service is outstanding - they're always eager to help out with any query you have, and are open to suggestions on how to improve their services further. Even better, they reach out to customers directly to develop new apps tailor-made for them. I'm giving Konnectzit five tacos with extra sauce - it's definitely worth trying out!

This software is one of the best deals on here for your money. Move aside Zapier, Make (Integromat), and Pabbly... KonnectzIT is coming for you!!! Great selection of apps to connect and they are constantly adding new apps. Had a bit of a hiccup adding a Square connection, so I emailed their support. Fabulous support... they acknowledged the issue, kept up communication during the time it took to fix, and as soon as a tested fix was implemented, they emailed me to let me know the new connection app was ready (and lo and behold, it connected smooth as butter). Highly, highly, highly recommend this company to anyone!!! Have a blessed day folks!
