Q: freezes up my computer , are you guys aware of this?

A: Hello there,
I am sorry to hear that your computer freezes. Please be sure you have your computer running on its optimal performance. Be sure your computer is not slow on its own and the RAM size filled up resources as this can cause computer to freeze from time to time and NOT perform well.
Once you are able to verify and fix that I believe your computer will work fine. I hope this helps.
Theres free tools for this or even zoom to record, may i know the difference for this and screenrec?

A: Yes, you can absolutely add a subdomain instead of your main domain.
Here’s how to do it:
Go to your Account Profile in Konvey.
1. Click on Custom Domain. 2. Enter your subdomain (for example, video.yourdomain.com). 3. In your hosting account’s DNS settings, create an A Record with:
a.) Host: your subdomain (e.g., video) b.) Value: 216.24.57.1
This was previously answered by Jerry_Konvey who said Konvey does not currently have an option to upload videos directly; videos can only be created and shared using the built-in recording tools, and your feedback will be passed along to the product team. I just set up my domain but didn't work and send you guys an email for a help. It set up correctly and checked fine with your domain checking with link in your app. Please help me with this.
