Just bought and activated this deal to replace the awesome screen recording subscription and it works like a charm. The web interface option without requiring a chrome extension is also a great and unique addition. For the price, this is an absolute steal and hope the founders keep working on the software.

Since Loom was purchased by Atlassian and raised their prices, I've been on the hunt for something to replace it. This does exactly that. It's a bit of a no frills solution -- no AI-generated transcripts or automatic chapters or things like that - but the value for the money is awesome and it works really well from what I'm seeing so far!

I'm using konvey to record, guide and onboard new team members and so far works great.

I am excited to use this new tool because it truly checks many boxes for me as a pastor of a midsize church. KONVEY.AI allows me to create dynamic training videos for my volunteers and leaders across every area of ministry. It’s an incredible way to duplicate wisdom and knowledge transfers quickly, in a way that’s both exciting and compelling.

One exciting feature is the ability to capture testimonials by screen recording of our members to testify to our ministry’s impact in the various areas of their lives. Our media team can then access these responses and quickly select the most powerful testimonials for promotion and outreach, making it easier to share real-life stories that inspire and connect with others.

I’m giving it 4.5 stars because what would really take KONVEY.AI to the next level is the ability to transcribe videos and add captions directly within the platform, making training even more accessible and practical.

If you’re looking for a way to multiply your impact without multiplying your workload, KONVEY.AI is a fantastic solution.

The most important features to me are the ability to send a video request for video testimonials. The recipient doesn't need any software at all. The recipient of the email can effortlessly click and start recording. This provides quite a frictionless operation. If you make it easy for people, they will use it. I can envision that it would be incredibly beneficial for offering technical support when a client encounters issues and needs to communicate what they are experiencing with their software. Seeing what the client sees can greatly improve support, enabling faster diagnosis and resolution. Real-time visual context also helps connect user experiences with technical solutions, making troubleshooting more efficient. Overall, it could transform the way technical assistance is provided. I found the software easy to use, very intuitive, and very fast. The minute you are done recording, you can send someone a link to the video. I literally use this software every day. I purchased tier 4, to have no limitations and the ability to whitelabel if necessary. This is a small investment for a plethora of returns and added unique abilities for all my companies. Now I am building my own database for FAQs as a future library. I cannot speak highly enough of Konvey.

The only "different than expected" operation was on my iMac computer when I added the Chrome extension: when I click on the start recording button, it asks what to share a window, tab, or screen. When selected, it actually begins recording at that moment, but you wouldn't know, as there is no visual confirmation that it has started recording. When you have to finish, there is only a button on the bottom that says, "Stop sharing." That is what actually stops the recording as well. A small UI adjustment or rewording could make it clear what to do and confirm that recording has happened.

Still 5 big tacos for a well-deserved piece of software.
