It worked well for a day or two, but then my notebooks disappeared, and Chrome extension features, such as accessing my saved prompts directly within the NotebookLM interface, stopped working.

Although my dashboard still shows that I have a lifetime account, the subscription page says I don’t have an active plan and need to upgrade. At one point, I saw a message acknowledging several bugs and explaining that a fix had been submitted to the Chrome Web Store, with approval potentially taking up to a week. However, it wasn’t clear whether those bugs were related to the missing notebooks, the subscription issue, or something else. I also couldn’t find the message again afterward.

If everything works as intended, this could be a genuinely valuable tool, and I’d consider upgrading to the highest tier. But in its current state, it simply isn’t reliable enough.
