If a client needs to review 21 short videos, I send 21 separate links, one by one. My assistant will kill me and my clients will break out in tears.
Okay, I can buy extra seats. The smaller plan gives me 3 seats. Every additional client who needs access to more than one file costs $10 more right now. Fine.
But what happens when the AppSumo deal closes — will extra seats still be available, at what price, and monthly or one-time?
I'd like to know before I decide whether to upgrade now or regret it later.

You don't need to send 21 separate links. A common workflow is to invite the client into the project with a seat, giving them access to all relevant videos, assets, and feedback in one place.
As for seats after the AppSumo deal ends: everything you purchase through AppSumo remains yours permanently. If you buy additional lifetime seats during the campaign, those seats will continue working after the deal ends and will remain attached to your account. No sudden monthly fees.

Thank you for the reply that did not adress my question + not give the answer I was asking for. I wanted to know if seats can be bought later, after the Appsumo deal has ended, what they'll cost then, if they'll be lifetime then or if I'll have to pay monthly for future seats bought after the deal will have ended.
In short: must I decide NOW how many seats I'll need in five years?

Hi, sorry for the confusion. Yes, you'll be able to buy additional seats after the AppSumo deal ends.

If you have Tier 1 on AppSumo, it corresponds to $14 per additional seat per month. For Tier 2, it's at $29 per seat per month.
