socgQ: Server location + SPEED
Could you please confirm which AWS region Kreatlis video storage is hosted in? Specifically, are videos stored in an EU region (e.g., Frankfurt eu-central-1 or Ireland eu-west-1) or in a US region (e.g., Virginia us-east-1)? This is important for our GDPR/data residency requirements.
My concern roots in noticing video delivery is slow and stops after some time and I had that exact behaviour with another Appsumo-app whose server were in Bangalore but then routed to EU for my account which speeded up the videos by 10x. Thanks. 🙌

All video storage and processing is currently hosted in AWS Frankfurt (eu-central-1).
In general, customers are quite happy with the platform's speed, so I'm curious to learn more about your experience. What file types, codecs, and file sizes were you uploading when you noticed the slowdown? That information would help us investigate whether there's a specific bottleneck affecting your workflow.
