Kroma.ai was a great buy when I first purchased over a year ago but sometime mid to late last year the digital assets have not been available - no stock images and no stock videos. Q: I have been submitting tickets since May 3rd (ticket id is #1746) because your video and image libraries CANNOT be accessed.
I have also sent you messages through IG and have not received any answers or acknowledgments of my tickets. How are you guys trying to get new customers while you are ignoring your current ones? In all fairness the product is great and the templates are beautiful and professional but customer service is very poor or nonexistent. Any idea as to when the video and images libraries will work?
