I've contacted their customer support twice, maybe three times. I received an acknowledgment that my message was received but never received a response to my problem. It seems like the company is out of business but still has a website. Their program is worthless for me.

It was a waste of time and money. I have purchased Kroma through AppSummo because of a great deal, but you know, everything cheap could result in a waste of money. It is the second day after I bought it and I still don't have my money back and no solution for the invalid code AppSumo system generated for me. You should buy directly from the creators.

I loved Kroma until they removed the stock photos from the plan when they advertised that stock photos were included. I wrote to them and they did not respond to me. Definitely a bait and switch.

Stock images and videos stop working since October.

No one responds to tickets. I opened several with no response.

Appsumo should stop promoting this deal.

It’s just another template collection. The templates are nice but nothing special. I bought it because I liked the data visualization "functionality". But I'm disappointed. There is no functionality behind it. You just get PowerPoint charts, nothing more. I can't see any ai functions in kroma.ai.
But the worst thing is, that the connection to Shutterstock doesn't work. I don't have any access to stock pictures or stock videos. I opened a support ticket, but up to now I didn't get any help or reply.
