1. Yes it does, although it is a collection of guides to which you can add custom domains\u000a2. This feature starts with Tier 2\u000a3. I am not sure, I don\u0027t think they do. You have to upgrade, and the price of the last tier will be cut from the upgrade so you\u0027ll have to pay ($TIER2 \u002D @TIER1)\u000a\u000aI hope this helps
