I was trying to access my purchase but have run into some issues. I read through some of the questions and your responses and it seems I never received an email from you regarding the name change. After I registered, I did not receive any confirmation or further communication.

I do have the confirmation of my purchase, but not any confirmation after registration. It’s possible I entered the wrong email address during registration.

Could you please advise me on how I can access my purchase or get in touch with someone to resolve this?
