An app with great potential

I recently started setting up a knowledge base with Kroto for my company, and it's going pretty well so far. The software seems capable, and the guides (both video and article) are very pretty and engaging.

The app is missing a few features (like proper feedback and bug report forms, a directory where you can quickly link to a specific guide, etc.) and some extra love for the UI/UX side, especially the Help Center, which is the customer-facing portion. Still, it is very solid overall and infinitely better than any app with a monthly subscription.

I'm very excited for the desktop app and if that is released with a few upgrades to the stuff I mentioned above, they will definitely earn my fifth taco.

Also we do have to keep in mind that this app is relatively new so they just need some time to cook.
