All information entered into Kudoslink is encrypted and stored securely. Data is stored separately in many chunks, so even in the worst-case scenario, it would be non-readable and useless. 😊

Much like vision and mood boards, Kanban boards provide a fast and clear visual representation of all the information. That was the inspiration for Kudoslink. We wanted to create a digital version of a cork board where you can celebrate special occasions and simply pin images onto the board. 🙂

It was also very important for us that all the information be very clearly laid out so that the user easily sees all the published posts. The goal was to foster a feeling of familiarity, connection, and community.

Yes, Kudoslink has the option to post GIFs. We have actually implemented a Giphy library with millions of GIFs of several categories and themes. 🙂

You can also post text messages, photos, videos, and memes. And if you’re unsure of what to write, Kudoslink also has an AI feature (premium) that can help you get inspired.

Kudoslink is a digital board platform to celebrate special occasions or company milestones. Right now we don’t have the option to insert links, but we have that in mind for future developments. 🙂

However, you can use the “Text post” feature and add the link as text to the card. The person will then have to copy the URL and paste it into a browser to go to the page. Another possible option is to upload a picture of the ticket. We hope this helps!

Besides text, you have other types of post options, such as images, gifs, customized memes or videos. You can also use our AI feature (premium) to write messages, considering your prompts and the details you give.

When you purchase Kudoslink through AppSumo, you’re buying the Business version for Teams, which currently appears on our website for 49$. With this version you get unlimited links, types of posts and admin seats.

The Lifetime deal for 5,99$ that you mention is for individuals and only allows for one board. You can add unlimited posts, but all to the same board.
