Great potential. Terrible onboarding and Documentation.
I am not a huge fan of long any annoying onboarding processes, but Kudra lack on proper documentation and accurate support docs is really disappointing.
User interface constantly freeze, Google sheets integration (and many others) issue a security warning of unverified app (and essentially do not work).
The product has a lot of promise, but I'm afraid it doesn't live up to it at the moment.
I've created a support ticket and booked a demo call and I will be very happy to amend this review once all issues are resolved.
At the moment, not a very good customer experience.

Outstandig Software and Support
Hey Sumolings - I've bought hundreds of deals here, including some like Parsio, etc., to parse documents, but no tool has worked as easily and accurately for me as Kudra. It fits 100% of my needs, and it's easy to create custom workflows and train it. Initially, I had some problems, so I arranged a call with Walid, and he showed me how to get things done, and it works. If you are looking for a parsing tool, this is your chance - give it a try, and you'll see it will fit your needs. If not, you know you can ask for a refund, but trust me - you won't need it.

A Powerful Tool for Financial Document Analysis
I have been using Kudra for couple days and I am truly impressed.
In my accounting firm, I deal with a lot of complex financial statement in a table format like balance sheets, Cash flow, bank transactions in PDF format that I need to manually trancribe to a CSV file and manually analyze for each of my client.
This process is really tedious as my team spends many hours manually extracting and calculating different financial ratios.
Kudra makes the automated data extraction and analysis a breeze, saving me countless of hours.
Using their table extraction service, I am able to parse all my tables from the PDFs with almost 100% accuracy but also feed each table to chatGPT and ask it to calculate financial ratios and make summaries.
Although the chatGPT analysis was accurate in most cases, there were instances where it made mistakes by using the wrong financial numerical values ( I guess this is an intensic issue of chatGPT). But overall using this combination of table extraction + chatGPT saved me a ton of time to analyze my PDF at scale.
Another issue with Kudra is their onboarding, it took me a while to understand the app and be able to use all its functionalities, I hope they will improve their self-pnboarding in the future.
Overall I am very satisfied with the app. I think this is a really strong platform for document extraction and this opporunity shouldn't be missed.

Very Promising at First Glance, but Turns Out Unusable
Kudra promises you a lot but actually delivers very little.
Most important: the AI OCR and AI parsing seem to be quite expensive. With hundreds/thousands of LTD users, will the company operate sustainably?
- Most of their template AI "models" are just OpenAI prompts which you can't even see or modify.
- You must use your own ChatGPT key to use Kudra. The AI models working without the key are pretty useless (unless you're doing accounting or very niche tasks).
- Even when you use your own ChatGPT key, the platform still limits you on the number of pages you can parse per month. There's no sense in this since you're spending your money on parsing. We should have unlimited parsing when using our own key.
- Post-processing options are very limited.
- The AI models and their usage are unclear. For example, the "Email Parser" model. What does it do? There's zero indication. Does it parse emails? Nope. Why does it have an OCR engine? Does it extract email addresses from PDFs? Possibly? The fields list is odd: ORG, CARDINAL, LAW, GPE, MONEY, etc. How is it related to email parsing?
- Bug: When you create a workflow (which are VERY limited - max 5 on the highest tier) and use the ChatGPT block, it doesn't allow you to add a prompt.
- When you add your Google account, the popup from Google says that the app you are using is not secure and suggests not to continue.
Overall, I had the impression that the founders simply added low-quality publicly available free AI models that don't work as expected, and are connected to ChatGPT, which you can only use with your key. Therefore, it's quite pointless since you can directly use ChatGPT or Open Interpreter locally on your laptop for the same parsing tasks.
Sorry, I don't see much value in Kudra at the moment...

May 9, 2024Hi Mehdi,
We are very sorry that you were not able to leverage Kudra's powerful document-processing features.
We do recognize that the app has a steep learning curve and we are working actively to make the onboarding as seamless as possible.
Thank you for raising these concerns and I do want to address each one in detail:
1) Concern 1: "- Most of their template AI "models" are just OpenAI...
