Congrats on your launch and thanks for such an innovative product!
Please provide some information regarding the following observations:
1. The users within "My Organisation" are being added as "guests" by default. How do we change this?
2. How do we import more (standard) notations like BPMN in the process mapping section or is this section intentionally basic? Do you have plans to enrich this section to allow for the mapping of more complex workflows?
3. Oftentimes, process improvement initiatives/projects involve addressing process-related issues for more than 1 process within the project's lifecycle. This would mean that with the way your platform is currently set up, the user may have multiple processes listed as individual "projects" and you can imagine how this could make organisation a challenge, especially for Consultants and Process Analysts. Would your upcoming "Project Portfolio Manager" feature cater to this (e.g. grouping all processes / "projects" within 1 transformation project/portfolio)?
4. Lastly, we're very glad you're open to white labelling / custom branding. Have you got an ETA on this?
A: Aloha Zi_Meta-Frux! Thanks so much for your kind words and questions. I'm happy to help.
1. Once users accept the invitation by clicking the button in the email they receive, their account will switch from Guest to Business User. This is so that users who don't accept your invitations take up active Business User seats.

What in interesting software solution, thank you for bringing this to AppSumo.
My thinking on the workflow for Kure is: For process improvement (and innovation) Q1. Is Kure flexible enough to cater for all industries, or is there limitations? Q2. Whitelabel reports and cname, including our own branded login portal - is this an option or on your roadmap? Q3. Will sumolings get access to everything on your roadmap? Q4. Video examples/walkthroughs available including a use case where data is input? Q5. Quick wins & Roots Cause Exploration. Is there a natural flow within the project to identify quick wins leading into a more profound process improvement strategy?
1. Yes, Kure is flexible enough to help all industries because all businesses require processes to run and Kure optimizes any process from Manufacturing, IT, Logistics, Customer Service, Marketing, Healthcare, Government and everything in between.

Hey Sumo_from_DownUnder - thanks for all of your great questions.
Steven from AppSumo here. I'm curious what industry you're in that makes you think Kure could be a good fit. Would you be open to sharing?
From here, I think we could also share specifically how Kure would be a good choice for your use case.
Hope to talk soon!
Q: What is the value add proposition for Kure over just doing DMAIC slides or an A3 for an eight step project?
