1) Can we pay Meta charges in INR
2) Are the charges same as charged by Meta or are you adding some markup or charges additionally.
3) Is there any integration with Google Sheets available, so that whenever new row is added to the sheet, a Whatsapp message can be triggered to the number added in the sheet
4) Can we integrate Lancepilot with any CRM, like Zoho or others. If direct integration or plugin is not available then what is the process to link it with CRM.
5) Can we send messages directly some numbers without adding them as contacts first. Suppose I need to send some approved template message to 10 users, so can we send them directly by writing there numbers or adding them as contacts is must.

You can integrate with third party softwares as we provide api and webhook with tier 4. But as per request, we will start building native integration as well.
1. No, only USD currency is available
2. We charge 20% markup fee on top of meta charge. But if you are on tier 4, then you get 5% discount.
3.Google sheet integration will come soon. You need a automation software in order to get any automation done.
4. Yes you can but you will need a tech guy as native integration is yet to come
5. You can > you need to upload contact list in lancepilot first
6. Yes you can add variables

So according to my understanding, we can not integrate with our CRM or automation tools like Pabbly connect in Tier 1 to 3. And in Tier 4 also we need developer to do this. Kindly confirm.
Why there is an addition of 20% markup fee on Meta charges, you are charging for your platform separately. Many other Meta partners are providing it at the same cost and no capping.
