Founders : when you fail without a business plan, have guts to communicate to your customers and ask for suggestions and who knows there could be a solution . If you behave like fly by night operators and make us look like jokers you lose credibility .

I got the app, upgraded to the higher-tier plan, set up an Agency LTD account, and invested heavily into it. Today, there's nothing left, not even a functioning website.
It's incredibly disappointing to see it vanish like this. I've lost every penny I put into it. I can only imagine how much worse it must be for those who sold it to their own clients and built their businesses around it.

Yest another Cashgrab - the website disappeared.
AppSUmo must be stricter. Anyone launching here must have two to three years' operating cash in advance.
Almost a dozen of the LTDs I bought on AppSumo went bust.
This is one of them.
LancePilot docs is accessable, but the home page is in infite loading (offline).
