Q: Clarification on WhatsApp Groups and Messaging Features in Tier 4
Hello,
I have purchased Tier 4. I would like to know if I can create WhatsApp groups and send messages to groups for my different niches.
Specifically:
- Can I use the same WhatsApp Business API number to create multiple WhatsApp groups for clients in different niches?
- Does LancePilot support sending messages both to groups and 1:1 messages?
My requirement is to manage group messaging alongside individual messaging. Please confirm if this is supported.
