Hi, I had checked the pricing at https://lancepilot.com/cost-calculator for 1000 messages for marketing in Malaysia region. It's cost USD103. If I check on Twilio, the cost is only USD5. If there is 1000 conversation, it only make up USD91.
So, my question is why Lancepilot is only calculate based on "messages"? How about "conversation"? Thank you.

Jan 22, 2025A: Hi, Thanks for your question. So basically meta only charge once per contact per 24 hours. As soon as you initiate a conversation then meta start a 24 hours clock and within this 24 hours you can send as many messages as you want.
Secondly, if you are having incoming ( means your customer initiated conversation with you ) you can reply for free and its unlimited.
