Q: Custom Replay
If I want to chat with a customer, can I do that? This is a normal chat, not a template or a quick reply. Can I do it?

Yes, we have a inbox where you can continue communication with your WhatsApp prospects in real time. So, if you initiate a conversation then it has to be a template message then once your prospect replies, you can send custom message.
On the other side, if your prospect initiate the conversation then you can reply with custom message.
