Hello, I am quite new to technicalities, so here are a few questions.
1. Will the account be disabled after some time (6-8 months) by Lancepilot or META?
2. Can the tool be used even without an ongoing campaign?
A. Reply to customer-initiated messages.
B. Initiate a conversation via 'predefined messages' or saved replies?
C. Will the client be charged for A or B?
D. Are all customer-initiated messages free?
3. Can we connect this to Websites or social media?
Customer Support
1. If there are concerns from my client (White Label), should I forward those, or will your customer support handle it directly? How does it work?
Billing
1. Can we do the billing offline?
2. Can we limit the number of seats/messages for the customers we onboard?
Onboarding
Should we use new WhatsApp numbers or can we use an existing number by uninstalling the App?

1. I did not understand your question, why it will be disabled? We facilitate official whatsapp cloud api..
2. Yes it can be used without campaign as well
A. Yes, we also use LANCEPILOT to serve our customer as well
B. Yes we have quick reply feature already
C. No, If you are having incoming then you can reply for free.
D. Yes, if you are having incoming then its free
3. Yes you can. Widget coming soon.
1.we are coming up with white label billing system/agency portal > with this we will provide white label support over tickets
1. You can do offline billing if you want
2. You will be able to manage users and seat and will be able to create you own package with >> white label billing system/agency portal ( coming very soon - under development )
>> its better to always use new number however you can use existing number > but you must have to delete whatsapp account first. But please note doing so, your previous data will be deleted!
