Iāve reviewed all the recent official videos, including the new Inbox V2 update, but I havenāt found any option to automatically distribute conversations among agents by percentage (e.g., 50% to Agent A, 30% to Agent B, etc.).
Is this functionality currently available, or is it on your roadmap?
