Q: I would like some clarifications

1) What are the differences between Whatsapp, Whatsapp business, Whatsapp API and WhatsApp in Meta Business Suite?
2) Is it possible to use the same number in the Whatsapp API and in WhatsApp within Meta Business Suite?
3) From the looks of it, the main use of Lancepilot is Cold Outreach, correct?
4) What are the current functions in terms of CRM and how does LancePilot compare with the WhatsApp version within the Meta Business Suite?
5) Is it possible to use a number after being approved as a WhatsApp API by Meta to promote the company, including QR code, chat, etc.?
6) Regarding the part of the costs charged by Meta, it is only on the WhatsApp API, correct? Even for simple conversations? Why is it so expensive?

Q: 1) What are the differences between Whatsapp, Whatsapp business, Whatsapp API and WhatsApp in Meta Business Suite?

1. Answer: So Whatsapp app, whatsapp business app have limited capabilities. That where Whatsapp api comes in and we are facilitating whatsapp api. You get extended features like campaign, sequence, realtime inbox, workspaces, roles and permission, white labelling etc.

The user friendly UI and UX of LANCEPILOT give you relief using it.

2) Is it possible to use the same number in the Whatsapp API and in WhatsApp within Meta Business Suite?
2. Answer: Whatsapp have 3 infrastructure. Whatsapp App, Whatsapp business app, Whatsapp business api. We facilitte whatsapp business api. 1 number can not be associated with multiple infrastructure at the same time.

So if you still want to use your existing number connected with ( whatsapp app, whatsapp business app or other api then you will need to delete your existing whatsapp account or disable from other api and migrate )

But doing so will have your all data deleted.

3. Answer: Yes, but you can also use it for customer support etc. There are huge use cases. basiclly lancepilot keeps your customers close ( as they are one whatsapp away from you ). Hope this make sense.

4. Answer: For CRM we are currently accepting feature request from our users. Our visions is to establish LANCEPILOT as a complete outreaching and CRM suite. We have planned for board pipeline for CRM feature as well.

also meta only charge once per 24 hour per contact . For example if you initiate a conversation with your prospect then meta will charge you for the first message and will create 24 hours conversation widow. Within this 24 hours window, if you send more messages then meta wont charge you.

also you get 1K free service message per month. So basically when your prospect initiate a conversation with you then meta call this a service message. And you can respond for free.
