Q: multilingual and send messages for free

Hi, I purchased 4 tiers and applied for Agency Portal.
I'm a little disappointed with the assistance, I made the first deposit to get started, the deposit was not loaded and I don't receive any response from the assistance.
I have the following questions:
1. the implementation of the Italian language is foreseen in the road maps, reselling the product in English is not the best.
2. I pay Meta only if I send messages to numbers with which I have never had chats, so if I send a mass message to 100 contacts with whom I have had conversations, even old ones (1 year ago) I don't pay anything?
3. from one of your videos I saw that Meta gives us 250 shipments a day if we have a verified account it's 1000 a day, clearly they're not free, are they always paid?

1. Multilanguage feature will come soon including italian language!
2. So, the thing is if you initiate a message with a prospect > meta give you 24 hours window. After this 24 hours window > if you initiate again then meta will charge you again. Kindly watch our live demo video fully to have a better udnerstanding!

4. Yes, if you initiate a message meta will charge and give you 24 hours window. Within this 24 hours window you can send multiple message and meta wont charge you to send message to that contact! But if you are having incoming message then you can reply for free!

Thanks for the reply, I have been recharging for a week, the money was taken from the card but the recharge was not carried out. I've been asking for assistance for a week but with no response.
