Hi,
Tier 4 probably would work for us, but I have a couple of clarifications.
1. Can I use 2 WABA numbers for different business names in the same Lifetime deal? Or will I need to purchase Tier 4 twice? And setup different accounts all together.
2. Will tier 4 LTD cover the flows / automation and bots when all are launched?
Currently using WABA with another provider where I have flows in place, will I be able to import them or would need to setup ground up?

With T4, you get unlimited workspaces, so you can create as many as you need. Each workspace can connect one number, and you can use different numbers for different businesses without needing to buy another license.
Yes, it should cover flows, automation, and bots. Since these features are still being developed, make sure to check our public roadmap for updates: LancePilot Roadmap.
As for flow migration, it’s a bit complex, so I can't provide specifics. But you'll definitely be able to create everything you need in LancePilot!
