Q: Questions About Group Campaigns, Message Types, CSV Import, Ban Handling, and White-Label Translation

Hello,

I’m evaluating LancePilot and have some detailed questions before making a decision. Could you please clarify the following:

#1 Does LancePilot support scheduling message campaigns to be sent to groups or communities? If yes, what types of messages are accepted (text, video, audio)?
#2 Is there a way to import messages via CSV to be sent in group campaigns (i.e. bulk scheduling from CSV)?
#3 How does the platform handle WhatsApp number bans? What measures are taken to avoid numbers getting banned, and what is the process if a number is banned through LancePilot?
#4 If I purchase the Tier 4 (white-label) version, will I be able to translate the platform into my local language?

A: Hi, Thanks for your question.

1. Yes but you cant send to whatsapp communities or channels, Rather you can create and schedule campaign directly to your whatsapp prospects. ( i think Our new Whatsapp newsletter also can serve your use case )

2. Yes you can import contacts using csv, xl, and create groups.

3. So after connecting number, you will need to verify your business in meta. Verified accounts are safe to send marketing messages. Other than that to avoid ban ( there is a quality score system to follow ) > kindly reachout via whatsapp support for the guide.

4. Multi language system will come soon. tier 4 comes with white labelling but the precedure is manual. We also have a paid addon ( launching in a week or so ) White label billing system, which comes with admin panel for you, customer dashboard for your customers , landing page, payment gateway integration etc. With WLB everything is ready to rebrand LANCEPILOT and start your own SAAS.
