Q: top up transaction fees
i've realised there's a transaction fee of 65 cents for $10 top up. with the meta mark up of 15%-20%. effectively the cost on top of meta pricing mark up could go as high as 26.5% which is very high. There won't be any margin left for us to play around.
How would you suggest that this remains competitive?

I completely agree that the markup is extremely high, reaching over 25%, which is indeed a loss for everyone involved. As for the comment about being competitive, how you can remain competitive when there are other competitors offering the same services and more at lower prices? Regarding the updates mentioned, we haven't seen any updates for the past five months.
