The abrupt shutdown of Lancepilot without adequate notice or a transition plan is a massive failure of your responsibility to the customers who trusted you. You took our money and our data, and abandoning the platform like this causes direct operational damage to our businesses. "Startups fail" is not an excuse for leaving your users stranded.
We need clear, immediate answers so we can attempt to salvage our workflows:
What is the exact timeline and process for issuing full refunds to all affected customers?
What is the exact procedure to immediately retrieve and export all of our business data? Will we have full, uninterrupted access to secure our data before March 31?
Who is the designated point of contact handling the structural off-boarding for the users you left stranded?
